Founded in 2019, Buzzrock Brewing Co. is family owned, local, and strives to produce quality beers that are a true representation of us, and a tribute to our community. Our four vessel 20 BBL Brewhouse holds 17 fermenters and 12 serving vessels, and is custom-designed for versatility in brewing any style of beer, from pilsners to stouts. With our constant rotation of 20+ beers on tap and many beers to-go, we guarantee we’ll have a beer for you!

Meet Our Brewmaster
Justinian Caire IV, Head Brewer
Justinian was born and raised in San Mateo, California and hails from a family of winemakers and brewers since 1925. His passion and fascination for the brewing process led him to attend University of California San Diego to study Chemical Engineering with a minor in Management Science. After graduating in 2005, Justinian continued his education at University of California Davis in the Master Brewers Program, and became the Assistant Brewer at Stone Brewing Co. in 2008.
During his time at Stone, he brewed multiple beers that won awards and eventually climbed the ranks to become the Brewing Process Manager. After a decade at Stone Brewing Co., Caire began his journey as Head Brewer for Buzzrock. His love of beer has inspired recipes for a unique line-up for all different types of beer drinkers.
